THE LATEST RESULTS ARE IN!!!!!!

I went to the gym on Sept 14th for my fit test and I think I did really awesome!!!

Here's the report:
Blood Pressure: 137/79 still a little high but lower than last time (152/93)
Resting HR: 85
BodyFat: 42% (ugh..still struggling...last time it was 49.6... down -7.6%)

111.5 pounds of my body is muscle and 87.4 pounds is fat

Measurements:

Neck 14.5 ....14.2 (-0.3")
Chest 45.5 .....43.5 (-2")
R Bicep 17 ....15.5 (-1.5")
L Bicep 16.8 ....15.5 (-1.3")
Waist 44 ....39.5 (-4.5")
Hips 46 ....44.5 (-1.5")
R Thigh 26 ....25 (-1")
L Thigh 25.5 ....25 (-0.5")
R Calf 17.5 ....17 (-0.5")
L Calf 17.5 ....16.5 (-1")
TOTAL LOST 14.1 "

Pushups: 20 last time...to 33 this time (did 13 more)
Situps (the extremely high angled ones): 4 last time....15 this time!! (9 more)
Chin-ups: last time 12 w/130 pounds help .....this time 10 w/70 pounds help (means I can lift more of my own bodyweight on my own without help)

And the best for last....
Weight:
Last time (beg June) 222 pounds
This time (sept 14) 193 pounds
TOTAL LOST IN 3 MONTHS: 29 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy with my results and I'm sure once my trainer sees them he will be beaming. My boyfriend did awesome too, I'm so proud of him. When he started he could only do one pushup..and today he did 30. I do the half pushups on my knees, but my bf does the full normal ones...he did awesome! Last time his situps were 19 and this time he did 30. For chinups last time he did 10 and this time he did 27. I am so jealous of my bf too because his body fat is 15.4%...I WISH!!
 
Thanks!! I actually was able to go down another 1.8 pounds this week, so now I am sitting at 190 exactly. I had hit a plateau for awhile, so it's good to see the scale starting to go in the right direction again.

You and I started close to the same time and similar weight. How tall are you?
What have you been doing to lose the weight?
 
Wow.. you've been doing awesome girl! Gosh, I keep reading through all of these posts and seeing how much everyone has lost is really inspiring :)
I hope I can come back and report in my own thread that I've lost so much weight and finally be under 200lbs!

You're doing amazing! Keep it the fantastic work! WOO!

I am 5'4"
I worked out with a trainer from Jan-mid August, he kicked my butt. I go to the gym 5 days a week...

Here's my routine that I do Mon, Wed & Fri

Lower Back:
Hyper Extension 20 reps/no weights on this machine, there is none
Lower Back Machine 225 pounds

Thighs:
Hamstring Curl 85 pounds
Leg Press 340 pounds
Leg Extension 135 pounds
Squats 120 pounds

Inner/Outer Thighs:
Adductor 140 pounds
Abductor 115 pounds

Calves:
Horizontal Calf 270 pounds

Upper Back:
Pullover 100 pounds
Close Grip Pulldown 60 pounds
Row Machine 95 pounds
Back Pulldown 90 pounds

Chest:
Pec Dec 70 pounds
Chest Press 85 pounds
Pec Fly 90 pounds

Shoulders:
Rear Lateral 95 pounds
Side Lateral 40 pounds
Shoulder Press 65 pounds

Biceps:
Preacher Curl 85 pounds

Triceps:
Dip Machine 200 pounds

Abdominals:
Leg Ups 30 pounds
Ab Crunch 120 pounds

And then on Tues & Thurs...I just do an ab & lower back workout.

I do cardio for an hour all 5 days.
I am eating 6 times a day, 1800 cals
Drink around 104-108oz of water everday.

I don't eat jams, syrups, ketchup, salad dressings, butter, margarine, peanut butter etc..I don't eat processed foods, I don't eat frozen food, don't drink juice or pop, no coffee. I eat tons of tuna.

I do have one cheat day a week which is Fridays where I can go over 800 extra calories...so I usually have some pizza and 1/2 chocolate bar.
