Miss me?

Well, last week sucked, finance, marketing, accounting, opperations, and strategy tests, all 5 in a week! I decided this was a good time to be fat, and be fat I did.

So anyways now its time to be skinny again. Scale says I still need to drop 17lbs to be at my goal. My plan of attack you ask? I am going to stick closely (very closely, actually) to a diet that my good man lv wrote up. Cardio 5 mornings a week (not 7 anymore...that got old) for 45-60 minutes. And finally, upping my lifting from 2 lifts per week to 4 (still not sure what split i want to use). Feel free to chime in.

Well, Im going to go abouts keeping a journal again. I am hoping this journey goes better than my last two attempts which have resulted in about a 0 lb weight change. Thanks guys!
