Milk!

I drink milk ~3-4 cups every morning, and ~3-4 cups before I go to bed with some fiber rich cereal (about a cup +- .2 cups). I should it's 2% milk; and I love it. Is there anything wrong with drinking that much milk?
 
There's a good bit of calories in milk(2%) about the same has soda. Personally i drink powdered milk. Really depends on your calorie quota for the day without getting into the in and outs of all this nutritional mumbo jumbo lol

According to the chart i just pulled up 1 cup of %2Milk is 120Cal. While a cup of Coke is 110Cal.

Milk is absoultey great for you.
Full chain of amino's and some casein protein, you're muscles will be laughing.
Maybe switch to skim milk, and if you can't stand skim then 1%.

Milk and coke are two completely different things. It doesn't matter if they have the same amount of calories (or if milk has more), the fact is, is that coke is empty calories..doing nothing but dehydrating you along with throwing a bunch of sugar into your system (and whatever else they put in it).
While with milk, it is providing your muscles with amino acids, protein and vitamin D (and calcium). It gets absorbed.

Milk good.
Coke bad.
 
I drink skim milk. It's only like 80 cal, no fat, and it's great! I grew up drinking 2% milk, and skim milk is a bit harder to get used to, but once you make the switch, you'll be good to go.
