Sport Milk question??

What is your opinion on skim milk as a protein source, good, bad, indifferent?
I like milk and use it in my diet a lot but am having questions about it due to the high amount of carbs (sugar). Let me hear your thoughts.

I like it PWO cause it gives you that insulin spike you need. mix it with some whey and you got yourself a good PWO drink

milk is fine. i wouldn't rely on it as your only source of protein, but its a fine way to get some protein every day.

I tend to have my milk at bedtime.
 
I don't use it as my only source of protein just one source. It helps though keeping my protein up where it needs to be, just not crazy about all the sugar in it.
 
Milk is horrible. A lot of people can't digest it right. It causes skin problems for me. I would limit to 1 glass a day.
