What is your opinion on skim milk as a protein source, good, bad, indifferent?
I like milk and use it in my diet a lot but am having questions about it due to the high amount of carbs (sugar). Let me hear your thoughts.

I like milk and use it in my diet a lot but am having questions about it due to the high amount of carbs (sugar). Let me hear your thoughts.
I don't use it as my only source of protein just one source. It helps though keeping my protein up where it needs to be, just not crazy about all the sugar in it.
