I'm a 15-year-old female, and I consider myself to be a pretty good athlete. I play club and school varsity volleyball, and I also did track this year. I recently started working out seriously again (yeah, I took a break because my life got crazy; I know that's not good). My question is, what time should I shoot for in my mile runs? I ran a mile yesterday (for the first time in a while) and got 7:50. is that good or bad? please help! Thanks
