I love this guy's form. And for all intents and purposes, he does this raw. This guy is an incredibly strong mofo.



For those who don't use Eleiko plates, they are color coded so you can figure out the weight really quickly :)

Red is 25kg, Blue is 20kg, Yellow is 15kg, Green is 10kg, White is 5kg.
 
That was pretty freakin sweet!!! 240kg power clean!!!

That muscle snatch(lol at the name) was like, "**** snatch tech, im just gonna lift it above my head" LOL
