Hey, i'm brand new to this site, sign up today. I am 23 and live in austraila. I'm not new to weight loss. I have been "planning too" for many years now, and i have decide i need to stop planning and doing!
I have been looking for a website like this for ages, i was nearly going to give up and start my own forum. I am working on a website to journal my fight.
I am a happy go lucky kind of girl. I live right near the beach, and my dream is to be able to run along the beach, one day!
My main issue is motivating my self. I need a little push, so hopefully you all, will give it too me. TTFN :D [/

first of all, you should start keeping track of what you eat, how much calories you are taking daily, and how much exercise are you doing. if you're just beginning start by getting some exercise and try controlling your portions. you can sign up at or for some helpful tips. check few diaries to see how others are doing it.
and you should do is start your diary so you can track yourself. that's in the motivation section. just open a new thread :D and begin this journey!

Thanks, i know i dont really have anyone in the real world that will tell me i need to move my butt! My boyfriend loves me just the way i am, lol, and my family idea of suppourt is whining they are all fat, at half my size, which makes me mad....

Can i ask a question bout the fitday site? lol what the difference between KJ and Calories? Is there anyway i can change to use kj? Calories kinda have me a little lost.....
