As the title says.

A little bit about me.. I'm 19 6'0 250lbs (244lbs now) Well I'm not stranger to being heavy. I mean since I was in 5th grade it has got a bit out of hand. Back when I was a Junior in High school I weighed 225, I started a diet on January 1st and by April 1st I weighed 180 pounds. No one told me it was easy to keep off! lol! But anyways, I am no stranger to working out. I played football in High school which required lifting, running etc... I am not to comfortable in my body although people ask me where the hell do I hide it? Well its time to stop hiding it and just get rid of it! So that's a little run-down of me if you would like more info just let me know..

Anyways! I'm no stranger to diets since in football you can't gain excessive pounds. I do a 1200 calorie diet. Yep I know its not that good for you but it's not to bad either. I do take some vitamins sometimes. I am a meat and veggie guy.

I started my diet on August 26th. I own my own home gym type of deal with free weights and what not. Today is September 1st and I went from 250 to 244. Dont really notice a difference. Although I lifted 6 days in a row ( I know give your muscles a rest blah blah) But I'm used to it.

Bench Press:
3x8

Dumbell Extensions
30 reps

Bicep Curl
10 each arm before workout
10 each arm after workout

Preacher Curl (Not a fan)
10 each arm

Power cleans
6x3

Thats normally my workout. I need to buy more weight for the bar to it gets tougher. I've been adding more reps and sets to compensate..As for cardio well hmm.. I use the reflex bag about 15 minutes a day. I attend college (No I don't dorm) so I get my fair share of walking. I also go up my stairs at home countless of times since I tend to forget things I need to go upstairs and actually get.

So anyways, yeah. This is me, this is what i'm doing. Stay tuned for daily updates and whatnot.

P.S (I have a bad habit of weighing myself every morning tips?)

Much appreciated nearly 100 views the first day. Well anyways it's 4p.m right now and feeling hungry, knowing dinner is just around the corner I can hold off. Tonights menu is baked chicken. Already had grilled chicken for lunch today that's alright, it's my favorite food anyhow. So I normally do my workouts at night around 7p.m when it starts to cool down. (Family is not morning people so I cant go into the garage with the radio blaring etc.)

One of my favorite discoveries is fat free/Sugar free pudding. I don't ever have more then 2 a day, those are before lunch and before dinner. Roughly 60 calories per glass it is quite impressive.

Thanks for reading, daily weigh-in tomorrow. :)

Just jumping on here real fast. I told myself Id give my body a rest today since I have lifted 6 days straight but I decided not to. I feel much better now that I did my workout today and wont be think later on tonight, "damn I should of done my workout."

Made my own goal

Workout 10 days straight.

so far 7/7 days completed.

Weighed myself this morning it said 243.2. Lost another pound (On the lower side of it too!) So week 1 is complete. I lost 7 pounds maybe even more since I weighed myself a week prior to when I started and I was 250. Since most of the water weight is gone time to burn the real stuff.

Hey Mike, just thought I would pop in and say 'hi'. Looks like you're doing pretty good so far - keep up the good work, and welcome aboard! :)

Thank you san.

Today so far has been good. Chicken breast for lunch with water. Tonight, more chicken xD It works right!

So I got on the scale this morning it said 242.2 not bad!

So I woke up late today had to skip breakfast.. Ended up walking into class lateeee...
