Hi everyone!
Me and weight, we're not really good friends. I've never been obesely overweight, but as a child I was a huge fatty (with all the wonderful bullying that comes with that) and very unhappy, but also not doing anything about it. But then I went to Japan for a year with 16 and first gained 5 kg, but then lost 10, reaching an all time wonderful low of 57 kg (with 163cm). That was very close to what I think of as my ideal (and unreachable haha) weight - 56 kg. I didn't really do anything for it, I just ate less… Anyway, I come back to Austria, my home country and bamm, within 2 years and during my Matura (=graduation exams) I was up to nearly 70kg, my all time high. Over two years I struggled to lose that weight again and have been able to hover around 59 - 61 for over a year now.
But guess what. I became to content with that, and now, at the age of 21, i'm losing control of my weight - and that is NOT gonna happen. I won't let it!
So, to sum it up:
Current weight: 62,5 kg
Dream weight: 56,0 kg
Time to achieve it in: Till End of July (=3 ½ Months)
Doesn't seem that bad I guess but believe me, the moment I get under 60kg every other gram is such a struggle.
So, how do I intend to get there? Well, i'm not a big special diet fan, as I just have such a hard time sticking to them. I don't completely rule them out though, if for example someone was willing to try one with me I guess I could (as long as it's not too over the top ^^)
But what I intend to do currently is a) FDH - Friss die Hälfte (basically means: eat half biatch) and b) work out work out work out. I want to be more toned than thin
So Fintness challenges are gonna be posted here as well.
And, to make everything more tangiable, my short-term goal is to be under 60kg when my birthday comes around - in exactly 1 month.
I'll post daily updates of sports, how many kcal I ate and my progress in weight loss and I hope to find some people who are on the same journey and want to share and spur each other on
