Hello,
I have been browsing this site and finally decided to jump on the bandwagon. i really need to lose 25 pounds but, it does not seem to be working. i have only been working out 3-4 times a week doing cardio for 30-45 minutes and weight training for 30-45 minutes. I have been alternating my cardio excercises like you have suggested. I have only lost one pound.
I am a little more toned but I want to see more results. I am going to Miami in June for my birthday as always and I don't want to wear a one piece bikini.
I have not been counting calories but I have been watching my portions and cutting out sugar and lots of carbs. Help! I need all of the advice that I can get!
