Does food combining actually make a difference?
I don't mean the Slimming world type where the whole day is red or green.
I always used to eat a big breakfast of All Bran plus some fruit and then not eat again until 4/5pm. then I would have a "healthy low fat" meal of , for eg...tuna pasta & salad.
So, after being told that not eating for several hours would make me store fat, and interested in the Hays diet ethos, would my eating lunch time (eg pasta (or other carbs) plus salad/veg) and then later eating protien (eg tuna) plus salad/veg. Ultimately I would consume more calories, so would it affect my body & encourage weight loss?
