Mens health. Anyone reccomend/deny this? I read it and my friend is a member its TIGHT! hahaha I think but is it worth it lol 15 bucks a year.
 
Well, I started reading it online, actually. I'm very fond of it, also. I think you should check out the website first, because all of the information on it that I know of is available to the public. I'm not sure whether it includes articles from the latest issues, though.
 
I get the email daily but its nothing on what the article has! Yea all of the information that is in there is available to the public but this served up on a silver platter!! haha I wanna buy it!! If no objections im going to get it!
 
Men's Health was great when I was getting into fitness, now I pretty much read it for the fashion stuff. Some of the Men's Health Editors have some really really great books out though (especially David Zinczenko and Lou Schuler).

edit- At the moment Men's Health is including some neat work out poster things at the back of each issue that have been making their way to the walls of my home workout area.

to order mens health? I dont know how legit this is....but im pretty its ok.
13 bucks a year.. not sure its legit tho so if u get it tell me how it goes
