Men's Health Workouts

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has tried a regimen with the workouts that you can take with you on your ipod to the gym.

I am trying to thin down and tone-up rather than become some big ripped animal.

I tried the free workout "300 workout" at menshealth.com/download and wondered if anyone had any suggestions about actually paying for some of these. It seems like from what I have done that it is worth it but yet again, I have not bought one yet.

I would love to know if anyone has purchased these before and if you think it is worth it.

Thank you!

I don't think you have to worry about that, friend. If it were that easy you'd see men that look like gorillas on a continual basis.

You don't.

Even the best muscle building workout won't do much of anything in the face of a caloric deficit.

Read that again.

If you think it's worth it and you're getting positive results, why not?

It's not something I would ever pay for.

Do some research and construct your own routine. Or, find a credible source that gives them away for free. There is no need to go pay someone for some cookie cutter routine.

A lot of reading but a lot of good reading.^

Here are a couple more...

Good resource...on just about everything.^

I don't agree with everything this man says. But, most of it is alright.^

And don't forget the weightlifting sticky here.
