This might be dumb, but are there any calculators or charts that show a vauge estimate on what shirt size and/or waiste size a man (based on height) would be at a certain weight?

you could try the site - it's the my virtual model site that allows you to create a virtual you and try on clothes...

but everyone loses weight in different places... so you might not lose weight i the places yu'd expect
