Hi everyone
*cut and paste action*
I've been struggling with weight issues ever since I started taking a certain medication, I've never been stick skinny but now I want to deal with this weight before it gets out of hand again. I lost 40 pounds over the last couple years coming down from my peak weight of 210 (ay) but I got into a rut and it kept getting tougher to lose another 5 and now I'm going the other way! I'm hoping the forum can give me the added support I need and kick me back in the right direction. I'm a vegetarian but as we say "there isnt any meat on the dessert cart"
I need something to push me to work out, otherwise I just push it aside. I'm such a procrastinator. I have a dance dance revolution pad that I use to work out because I enjoy it but lately I havent even been getting to that! 30 more pounds is what has to go but it's an uphill battle that isnt even helping with my legs.
some things I am telling myself I have to do:
stop having high calorie drinks-thankfully I found a great diet grapefruit soda at vons and nonfat starbucks drinks arent bad, right
stop starving yourself during the day-bring snacks to class so that youre not looking at the lecture thinking "law of...I want a sandwich"
take a walk-it's nice outside, enjoy it
you'll be hearing a lot from me
