I everyone. well I have been on weight watchers for about 5 weeks and I am doing very well I have lost 23 lbs and I can tell that my pants are getting bigger so I know I must be doing something right. My weight right now is 260
my weigh in day is monday mornings. I drink like 4-5 bottles of water a day and I do have 1 glass or can of diet coke a nite.. I eat alot of frozen veggies everyday for lunch and dinner i am also eating tuna in a can with water no mayo.. i also boil everything I cook like chicken, pork or beef i hear thats good for you..i also eat a bowl of ceral every morning with 1% milk I also do walking/jogging for 20 mins at least 5 times a week and I go to auqafit course once a week.. is there anything else I can do to help myself????? I would like to see more then just 3 llbs come off!!!

I dun eat well. So I won't go into the food dept. But for exercise...can u go longer than 20 min? Can work it up gradually.... :D
 
If you're looking for an honest answer, then we need more details!! Can you post everything you ate today? BE HONEST!:D And as I'm sure many will tell you, Fitday and Sparkpeople have awesome sites to help you keep track of calories, and how many you should be eating, etc.

For exercise, I would work to increase the time, as Pinky suggested. Maybe throw in a little strength training as well, to help your muscles out!

You're doing awesome so far! 23 lbs is so great :) I'm in Weight Watchers too, so anything you want to talk about, I'm usually around!
 
Wow.. 23lbs already? That's awesome!
As the other 2 lovely posted suggested, perhaps increasing your time walking/jogging would help more.


I'm just so jealous of everyone who has lost so much! rofl. I hope I can write in my own diary that I've lost so much as well :)

well today sucked... I got up at 6:30 am went for my morning jog/walk and
did 45 situps then i had a bowl of special k with 1% milk and a bottle of water
then I jumped in the shower and I did my hair and make up then I went to do my weekly weigh in AND ! ! ! I never lost a llb nor did i gain which most be ok.. my husband said thet it might be due to not really working out this week as I had to work alot of hours at work and did not have time to do anything I feel like eating a big big bowl of Ice cream now :(
 
Lunch

for lunch today I had mixed frozen veggies with a can of tuna (in water)
with a diet coke.. it filled me up really good.. hmm... I fell better now then I did this morning I am just hoping that next week is better.. I kinda have an idea we went out on monday nite for dinner and then again on saturday.. both times I thought i ate good but i don't know... anyway this week I am not going out anywhere LOL!

STOP!!!!!

you are going to have weeks that you bust your arse and nothing seems to happen. Just keep doing what your doing and it should balance out.

I came home late tonite so i did not get to eat till 8:30.. I know I should eat before 8 but what is an half an hour???
what i had tonite was a boiled chicken breast with about 2 cups of mixed veggies and 1/2 cup of rice
 
ARGU!!! I could not go for my morning jog/walk as it is raining bad today in toronto canada and I have to put in a 13 hour shift today and tommorrow
so when will I be able to work out????
this morning I hada bowl of special k with 1% milk and a bottle of water.
