Hi guys - I'm new to this forum so I'd like to start by introducing myself. I'm a PhD student from Adelaide, Australia and I've been weight training for several years now (not serious weights though).
Excercises focussing on the rear and front delts are abundant and, from personal experience, very effective. Unlike my brother, I don't have very wide shoulders and the only way to rectify this is to gain medial delt mass. I often do lateral raises but can only lift small weights. My question is this: Are there any other good excercises which isolate the medial delts or variations to the standard lateral raise which can increase my muscle gains? Thanks in advance.
