I know explosive strength in one's lower body can be measured by a vertical jump. However, how would one measure explosive strength in the upper body or midsection? It seems like some test should be there?:confused4:
If you are going by that kind of testing then its pretty easy isnt it? Grab a heavy a$$ medicine ball and hold it in your hands while lying down on your back.
Then see how high you can throw it. Just be smart and throw it at an angle... if it lands on you I take no responsibility =)
