Meals/exercise of the day

Today I had a 140-calorie 0% Chobani yogurt as well as a bunch of goldfish crackers (my downfall). I also had a whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese. I stopped eating at 4:30 to hopefully make up for overeating today, but I still feel quite bloated. I took a caffeine pill and attempted a pop pilates video from youtube-gosh that woman is evil!!! I'm trying to motivate myself to go to the gym today and jog/walk on the treadmill, but I'm still feeling bloated from all the food and water in me so i don't think that's a good idea right now. This is so hard!!
