So I was reading an article on MensHealth.com called "Drink Yourself Skinny" talking about meal replacement shakes (MR's) as a diet. 2 shakes throughout the day and 1 solid meal. They rated Met-Rx as the top brand. That being said I tried it, matter of fact, I bought a whole damn case (12 cans). I was 155lbs(im just tryin to loose a beer belly nothing major) roughly before the case, now that the case is done, I weigh 162lbs and my belly looks bigger! What the F***!!!! The shake is a High-Protein Low carb/fat/sugar shake. Did I miss something? [minimal weight training is involved if that helps]
