Meal/Portion Prep Advice

I love working out. I have no problem getting motivated going to the gym or turning on P90X.

I have no problems eating clean...........when I have the meals/portions in front of me. My biggest problem is preparing my meals and a consistent basis. I can't seem to get motivated or in a routine to get all of the meals prepared.

Can you please share your routine or give me advice on how to get into a routine to make meals? Sunday nights for the next week? Nightly basis?

As you stated at the end, Sunday nights for the week is a great idea. Whatever day you have down time really to make a bunch of them is good too. However, I wouldn't portion out the meals for more than a day in advance. I'm just talking cooking ahead of time. For example, sometimes on Sunday if I have down time (which is almost never), I make a big pot of chicken chili or cook a bunch of chicken breasts. That way the long part is done and when I need a meal during the week I can just reheat it along with some frozen veggies and/or fruit, plus easily add whatever snack you want with the meal (yogurt, nuts, etc.).

Point being - do the cooking beforehand, but not so much preparation. Preparing your meals for the following day is a great idea though. The whole week would just be too much
