Anybody have sugetions of foods to eat to equal to around 3000calories or more

here is my current meal plan which isnt enough
Breakfast: Instant Carnation
2eggs w/1slice of cheese/little milk
slice of wheat bread w/grape jelly
Snack: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich
Lunch: Pasta usually
Snack: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich
Supper: Chicken "Meats and Vegetables"
Snack: Bannana and Instant Carnation Breakfast
