okay if i eat maybe 3-6 EGG WHITES not the yolk just the whites then for lunch have a salad with fat free dressing it would contain lettuce tomatoes onions green peppers peas and maybe some ham MAYBE i said or maybe some crutons or cheese should i eliminate anything from the salad?? then for dinner have sensible stuff like nothing breaded or fried or what does this sound okay maybe u could give me some tips please
i'm not a salad person so someone else can comment on that. eggs are great at breakfast, you can have some yolks in there its the best part of the egg. you could do some oatmeal with it are a good cereal.
dont forget in b/w meal snacks like yogurt, cottage cheese, sandwiches, nuts, fruits, etc
