Vegetables

Sleep stack – Before bed
½ cup oatmeal

Mixed Nuts

Pre-Workout – Shake
Whey protein
Oats-&-or-Simple carbs
Water

Post-Workout – Shake
Whey protein
Oats-&-or-Simple carbs
½ milk ½ water
Fruit or Yogurt

At the moment I only strictly follow breakfast, sleep stack, and post-workout shake. But I would like to have other meals that I follow everyday, so I can better keep track of my nutrition. The other meals may vary depending on what I have in the kitchen, but are still fairly similar.
Is there anything I have missed or should look out for? Anything I should remove or add?
Thanks heaps,
Any input would be appreciated...

very solid, IMO

only things i would nitpick is maybe adding another complete protein to breakfast besides the eggs and maybe dropping the oats from before bed as protein and fats would suffice

just some ideas :)

Thanks for the feedback. I did some calculations and more protein for breakfast would be good. I might add some whey to my oats... unless anyone has another idea.
I might also drop the oats before bed, depending on my goals and training schedule.
Thanks again...

If your intersted in calculations and truly want to a complete understanding of your diet try you might find it useful??
