Meal plan slacking

I am trying to get 3400 cals, 1360 protien and carb 680 fats and today was first day. but i am only getting like 320 protien and 1260 carbs and 300 fats but i am gonna eat a little more but still i know i wont get my protien source what should i do to get my protien (with out getting the carbs).
 
ok my meal plan is called the 40 40 20 diet. 40% carbs and protien. 20% fats. wich for me is 1360 calories for protien and carbs and 680 fat calories. ok my first day.

wow.. just to let you know you're supposed to eat eat eat while trying to bulk... i reccomend OVER (@ least) 3500 calories in a day, and @ least 1gram of protein to 1lb of body weight.. i know eating healthy is important, but you're #1 goal should be making your quota of calories and protein in a day, and a healthy diet should be second, im not saying go and eat candy and drink soda, but some more meals would be great. maybe two more sandwhiches throughout the day, and maybe another lean poket in the morning, mayb a chicken breast in there somewhere. and definatly a protein shake
 
I am currently eating 3,600 calories per day... Broken down like this:

Fat = 80 g. = 720 calories (20% of total calories)
Protein = 180 g. = 720 calories (20% of total calories)
Carbs = 540 g. = 2160 calories (60% of total calories)

I don't eat ANY trans fats.
 
whats foods do you eat. its hard to eat during day couse of school. i also have to go through find healthy stuff mom buys till i get job buy my own food. is high carbs good for you if you are cutting and bulking. i mught just cut ook at my pic and tell me what you think i should do.
 
For meals at school, try MR (meal replacement) like Protein mixes. Put some protein powder in a shaker before school and carry a bottled water with ya. Between classes, pour the water into your shaker and shake then drink!

i would suggest bulking also... but it depends on your personal goals, like how much do you weigh now, how much do you want to weigh. do you want to be lean & cut, or bulky, or whatever you specific goal is.. (maybe you could post that and we could offer some more suggestions)
