this is a picture I took yesterday, I am currently 170 lbs, 5' 7" tall. My goal is to basicaly get cut. I am focusing mostly on my stomach, I want to get a six pack. some of the stuff I am currently doing is basic sit ups, I do about 4 reps of 10. I do some push ups, about 4 reps of 10 also. I run for about 30 minutes @ 5 mph, I do about 2 miles per day, I have been doing this for 2 weeks straight every day. In the past month I have lost about 15 lbs, I have stopped eating all the junk food I used too also, I am basicaly eating about 1800 - 2200 calories a day. Getting the six pack is not my only goal though, I basicaly want to have a all around body. Any tips on what kind of exercises I should do and what would be the best way of reaching my goal will help alot, thanks in advanced for everyone who helps out.
