me yesterday. what to do ?

this is a picture I took yesterday, I am currently 170 lbs, 5' 7" tall. My goal is to basicaly get cut. I am focusing mostly on my stomach, I want to get a six pack. some of the stuff I am currently doing is basic sit ups, I do about 4 reps of 10. I do some push ups, about 4 reps of 10 also. I run for about 30 minutes @ 5 mph, I do about 2 miles per day, I have been doing this for 2 weeks straight every day. In the past month I have lost about 15 lbs, I have stopped eating all the junk food I used too also, I am basicaly eating about 1800 - 2200 calories a day. Getting the six pack is not my only goal though, I basicaly want to have a all around body. Any tips on what kind of exercises I should do and what would be the best way of reaching my goal will help alot, thanks in advanced for everyone who helps out.
 
You should be maintaining your calories in the 2200 range. What does your diet look like? What are you eating? You also need to incorporate a good strenght training program into your routine. I recommend a fullbody workout 3 days a week. Stick to higher weights and between 5-8reps to maintain muscle while cutting. Just sit ups and push ups are not going to cut it.
 
throught the day I eat fruit, I have one real meal a day. Today for example I just had a bowl of crab with shrimp, I eat them with some saltines. to drink I had 2 glasses of Orange juice, later today I will probably have some grapes or an apple, and call it a day. What kind of foods do you recomend I stick too ? What should I be eating, I am willing to do anything I have to, to reach my goal. Also what kind of strenght training do you recomend, is there something I can read to know what exactly I should be doing. Besides sit ups and push ups I do a few curls and some pull ups. but thats it. I actually enjoy working out, so the more to do, the better. And thanks for you help buddy.
 
Diet is most important when it comes to getting in shape. You should be eating 6-7 meals a day. About every 2-3 hours. You have to plain ahead.
Some things you should eat

Eggs
tuna
Chicken
veggies
fruit
patatos
almonds
flax sead oils
fish oils
Vitamin's
protien shakes are good too
there's ton's of things but these are some of the things i have alot of.

Cardio is a must as well! every other day to get rid of the B/F.
Lift weights on the days you don't do cardio.
Do abs on Cardio day.

Again the is kinda what I do. I am just trying to help.
 
by cardio, you mean practicaly just running correct ? Sorry man, first time getting into fitness. Thanks for the help guys.
 
running, biking, etc. things that get you're heartrate up. Do a search on the forum for "HIIT"
