Monte, you look wonderful and you're so very handsome! What a major accomplishment! I have another 100 lbs to lose, and it seems like such an overwhelming thing to me sometimes, but as I've mentioned to others repeatedly on this site, it's people like yourself that give me the constant motivation and realization that it can be done! Thanks, and you WILL get to your goal! If you're this handsome now, I can't imagine how great you'll look at goal!!!

Lets see I havent been on this forum becuase of emberresment of losing all that weight I am now 411 lbs. I havent gained it all back thank god but almost It just of people even family members saying some little thins that got to me I noe that I shouldnt listen to them but still I know now that this is for me and not them So I just wanted to say that I have been holding that for a while SSOO here we go Wish me luck Thanks Monte75 Big Dawg from Dallas.:cool:
