thanks guys...i still have a bit of fat here and there that i have to get rid off mainly on my gut and arms though..but it will come off in time.

yeah i have started to hit the free weights....i started a new routine yesterday and holy **** my hammies are sore.

about 1 month before i took that photo i just chopped off shoulder length dreadlocks...lol.
 
evo: thats the australian bush for you...nothing better, the only thing that ****s me about the bush is all the snakes and spiders..i find snakes everywhere around where i live and i hate the things.

sebbie79: it was basically a mixture of eating lots of Tuna and Rice being that i moved out of home and i was really poor only making $6.50 an hour so i had to eat cheap and all that unhealthy stuff that tastes really good is also really expensive. Also the fact that i hated my Housemate and i would rather walk around for 3 hours then go home and put up with his ****e.

Any regrets on chopping off the dreads? I had some wicked rasta man braids going..my girl at the time convinced me to get rid of them, I don't think I'll ever really get over it, haha.

don't bother about the fats, people like me is even labelled as FAT, makes me wonder that is the defination of FAT now. just continue on your training and you will be fine.
