Me after about 20 lbs. of added muscle.

I weighed about 140 before, now I weigh around 160-165.









What do you guys think?

I kinda have to stop lifting for awhile because I play baseball and when I try to lift and play my elbows/shoulders start hurting. :( Hopefully I'll come back stronger in the summer though.

There are lots of pre-made programs for in season athletes, one that comes to mind is DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bastards:



The rest/lift scheme is set up for athletes who practice on non-lifting days.

But basically, low weight and high reps are the opposite of the kind of lifting you should be doing, especially a few days before a game. Heavy weight and low reps are more ideal, I believe.
