Well, i've tried to lose weight a couple of times -wich then I would later stop with due to lack of motivation.
But I am picking it up again - starting today.
As of 2-14-2013 I will start my diet and exercising.
My goal is to weigh 80kg withing three months.
I will keep a log of my process throughout these three months, and here you can give me feedback and tips etc.
I will update it every week, and have a wrap-up of what I've done in that week.
