Just stumbled across this on youtube



It definitely struck a nerve, especially the bit at the end where she says that just losing the weight is not going to make you any happier, that there is much more to it than that. It's definitely true for me.

Just thought I'd share. If nothing else, it's definitely an inspiration to see what's possible.
 
Definitely an inspiring story. I wish they'd gone more into what she did and the changes she made. I know just getting online didn't do it...there had to be other changes. But just to see that she could lose that much weight gives me even more hope and a desire to keep up my work!:hurray:
 
Yes, I do remember Nancy's story when it splashed across the U.S.A. She has her own website but she doesn't tend to it. I'd like some follow-up about her in her own words.

It was nice to see one of these stories where the weight loser lived through the ordeal. Too often the shows selected here in the U.S. have a high percentage of death in transition. I've wondered at times if that's a message counterproductive within the message itself.


And her voice made me wanna have cyber sex with her, too. Just sayin'.
