May be a dumb question but i dont know..

ok, i just started th ethread "think im on a platoue" but heres the q. Right now i way 250lbs, do u think ts possably to get down to 200lbs by say...may or june? I dont know how fast ur body sheads fats and such, tahnks.
 
The healthy, safe amount of weight to lose on per week basis is 1-2 pounds. I don't know your stats, but if you are significantly overweight, you can probably manage to lost much more than that in your first few weeks...
 
If you lose 2 pounds a week starting today you can lose about 40 pounds by the end of June. With your weight I would think it would be possible to lose 2.5 - 3 pounds healthily per week for some time. So, you goal is in reach, but I'm thinking May is too soon, aim for somewhere around mid to the end of June.
