Hey, im 16 just started using Maximucle Cyclone..need some advise.




Would it be ok if i mixed it with Seme Skinned milk because with water it tastes absolutely disgusting..or should i use skinned milk? I don't wanna get fat..help please

Yeh but is semme skimmed milk ok? It says just to use skimmed

Ether. There is not much difference in the two. Just allow for the little ibt of fat and carbs in the rest of your daily diet.
