MAX-OT ( anyone do this training program?)

I'm using most of the principles. That being train hard and heavy, compound lifts and i do 6 to 9 sets for small muscles and 9 to 12 sets for larger muscles and 1 or 2 bodyparts per workout with at least 2 rest days a week. My workouts are usually 30 to 35 minutes but i'm smoked afterwards.

I have been working out for 9 years now, and this was just what I needed. I will continue to post as I progress.
