Matt Furey and Ross Enamait exercises?

Furey is a misleading, lying, etc etc etc...do not listen to his "I used this to train secret anti-terrorist organizations to get them stronger than the entire world" crap or whatever he is using to sell his product.

Ross, on the other hand, rocks. You could do well reading Ross and Scrapper's stuff (. Ross will also contact you back when you have questions and will sometimes send you free books.

So what exactly is wrong with Matt Furey?

What would you say about his 'Royal Court' of Hindu squats, push-ups and bridges.

The problem with Furey is his marketing scheme and his bold statements that he makes. If he could make a dollar off of it, he'd somehow scheme that he was once a ninja and he'd sell you the secrets of The Ninja.

His Royal Court are fine but not the be all to end all like he claims it to be.

Blood lactate response would be reduced + your body would become more efficient at metabolizing lactic acid if the exercise was done often. Marginal increase in motor neuron recruitment. Transient hypertrophy during and after the exercise. (Not limited to muscular endurance work, but to a greater degree during.)

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. I am sure there are a lot of other things I am missing, mostly inconsequential though.

For somebody wanting to lose weight, get more toned and defined and have more energy, what would doing muscular endurance work do for them?

To me it seems to lie in between strength work and aerobic endurance work. Is it worth including all 3 in your sessions?

If someone was worried about their endurance then I'd hit in the 25ish rep range. I don't think the person looking for general fitness needs that kind of set up though.
