mass training and boxing training

hi all, i train for mass doing full body w.o with off days, i was wondering wether it would effect my results if i was to add in some heavy bag training for boxing.... say 1 day a week, on an off day ?? or would you not advise that? cheers
 
My workouts are composed primarily of boxing and kickboxing workouts, and I would recommend bag work, skipping, or shadow boxing to anyone. It's great cardio, and it makes you sweat like nothing else if you can focus on your technique and speed. I know a lot of people wear just wraps with the heavy bag, but I find I can do a lot more when I wear gloves, too. There are a lot of good videos on the Expert Village website, if you're looking for tips.
