Does everybody read my diary? That's ok with me....I am 63 yrs old, weigh 260 lbs, only 5 ft tall. Live in Brooklyn, NY--too crowded. Just joined a wt loss program that may be too difficult for me to follow. But I am still trying it. Need to keep under 1411 calories...can't seem to do it. Keep a food diary, count calories. Stay under in daytime but at nite go over the calories to 1500-1800 cal. Been at it 2 weeks and getting a little discouraged. Was very sedentary for 5 years. Now exercise 10 minutes at a time, 3xs a day. Sometimes do warm up and cool down to my dance aerobics dvd. Must go slow due to heart condt., asthma, numbness in 1 leg, arthritis in knees. Will start counting my heart rate when exercising...Hope I enjoy this website new to me. Since it is free, I may quit the paying program, but will give it a few months.
