Its been rumored that THC can positively affect your metabolism, but after a quick Google browse it seems to be a pretty debated topic. Some say it even affects your metabolism negatively (but that could just be the munchies) Obviously if you're trying to diet smoking cannabis could be like playing with fire because you're willingly forcing temptation on yourself, but if you can overcome the temptation or even satisfy it with eating some peanuts/apples/inserthealthyfoodhere, is there a benefit?
