Hiya Everyone....well...I have been a bit bad toady...but..Im not gonna let that spoil the rest of my day...enough is enough....Im gonna give this my best shot. Ive really been struggling recently...but...Im gonna try really hard.
I want to try and lose a stone (14 pounds)

Current weight = 10st 7lbs.


Breakkie = 45g shreddies & milk

Lunch = jacket potatoe with low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner = pasta, mixed veg in a small ammount of cheese sauce.

Syns (Im allowed 10 0f these)...but...over did it earlier...but..now Im gonna try harder...I can always not have as many for the next few days.
Crunchie= 10 syns
Boost= 15 syns
cheese sauce= 4 syns.
 
11th March (Sunday)

Brekkie = cup of tea

Luch = pasta in cheese sauce with 1oz grated cheese for topping.

Dinner = Potatoe, mixed veg, turkey, stuffing, gravy.

Snacks = None
 
Hiya. hope you are well. Sunday is always my busyest day, as I ride 2 horses and they take most of my time up....its good that Im exercising..but..sometimes I dont have time to eat propperly..lol. Ive only just had my lunch now (at 4.25).
 
Monday 12th March.

Brekkie = 1oz Shreddies with milk.

Lunch = Jacket potatoe with low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner = scramble egg and beans on toast.
 
13th March Tuesdays food diary!

Hiya everyone.

Brekkie = omlette with 10z cheese

Lunch = 1 sausage sandwich.

Dinner = 1 chicken sandwich.

Nibbles = 2 peices of rasberry cheesecake & 2 choccie bicscuits.

I was only meant to have one peice of cheesecake and no biscuits...but...eneded up giving in. Actually looking back on what i'd eaten that day, no wonder I was still hungry! I dont think thats a lot...compared to what I have been eating anyway...I hope it doen't affect my weigh in on Saturday...fingers crossed.
 
is that your food plan from slimming world? it does seem really low in calories -I'd just hate to see you hungry -- and have it cause oops :)

but good job for the day... on to day two :)
 
14th March Wednesday food diary !!

Ok...gonna try harder today..been good up to now !!

Brekkie = 10z shreddies with milk.

Lunch = Jacket potatoe with low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner = wholemeal pasta, mixed veg, and a tiny bit of cheese sauce, 1oz half fat cheese for topping (yum).

Nibbles = 1 banana and grapes.

Im feeling loads better today, and I actually feel as though I can do this ...not craved chocolate or crisps all day !!! I even walked to Uni and back today...I do hope I lose weight on saturday !!
 
Food diary 15th March..Thursday

Brekkie = 1oz shreddies with milk

snack = grapes & melon

Lunch = chicken sandwich

Dinner = jacket potatoe with tuna & light mayonaise

Nibbles = 2 biscuits, crisps, cream egg.
 
food diary 16th March..Friday

Brekkie = 1oz Shreddies with milk

Lunch = Golden vegetable rice.

Dinner = Jacket potatoe, salad and cottage cheese

Nibbles = Banana, fun-size bag of malteesers.
 
food diary 17th march..Saturday

Weighed myself today...and guess what...Ive LOST 5lbs !!!!!!!!!!!. Very pleased..hope I keep up the good work !

Brekkie = 3 nimble toast, 2 poached eggs and baked beans.

snack = 1 banana

Lunch = Jacket potatoe with cottage cheese

Snack = melon and grapes

Dinner = not sure yet...i might have rice or pasta.
