Hello every one my name is Mike
I am new here and just wanted to say a very big HELLO to everyone.
I needed to lose 2 stone (35Lbs) about 2 years ago, i did this through a healthy eating diet and some excercise, and most important of all i have kept it off and actually gone below my original targetweight loss, which i am really proud of. I am still doing all the correct stuff like eating a balanced diet and exercising and i am now in training to do the London Marathon in april this year, which 2years ago i would not even contemplate, this i am very proud of.So my message to you all is stick with it it really is all worthwhile the extra effort.
All this does take time so i managed to devise a life plan for myself so if anyone wants to PM me for advice please feel free to do so or E-mail me.
So keep up the good work it does get easier.
