Whenever I crave some junk I google the nutritional info and that turns me away. Like I had no idea a Cheesey Gordita Crunch from Taco Bell (my fav) had about 900 cals....and I would order 2 plus a large drink! It doesn't work all the time, but mostly I can choose a healthy alternative. Plus I give myself a "free" meal on Saturdays so I don't go crazy. Good luck and stay strong!
