Greetings All. I am 36 years old and I am 5'5". I weigh right now 209 lbs. I have recently shed about 11 lbs. I am using tae bo and the every other day diet. I used this diet before I got preggers with my youngest. I know there are a lot of opinions about this diet. I just want support to keep exercising becasue I know this is where I will build a real habit. My true weight loss goal is 150 lbs. But I am making short term goals. I want to lose 25 lbs by the time school starts in late August. I have 4 lbs to go by then. This is a month away. I hope it is possible becasue shopping for clothes will be much easier and cheaper! I am size 16 and I want to be a 14 in a month. I have worked out every day this week including a 2 mile walk yesterday. I am getting ready to work out to taebo now: basic bootcamp.
