I weigh 174 right now and hate it. I have a horrible sweet tooth which is my main problem. I don't mind healthy food, I just tend to reach for what is easy which tends to be unhealthy and fattening. I want to get to 135 pounds which I haven't seen in 20 years or so. I'd like to reach this goal by June of 2008. I don't know if this is unrealistic or not but I want to give it my best shot. I feel constantly full and it isn't a good feeling. the few times I don't have or take time to eat I feel much better. of course this is a hard time of year to try to start a diet with Christmas around the corner and all the sweets and treats around, not to mention the banquets and what-not.

thanks! I tried to add a ticker but got stuck at the point of highlighting the bbcode. it is after midnight and I really must get to bed now (church will be in only a few more hours) but if I get the chance tomorrow..er..today:smilielol5:I will try again.
