Hello All,
I'm a male, 45, 5'4 and 200 pounds. I have the above mentioned equipment, one for strenght, the other for cardio. I'm keeping my calories to 1500 a day, but am wondering if anyone out there can help me develop a fitness plan; how/ when to alternate between the two. I also have 2 10 pound dumbells. Thanks in advance for any help....
