Making time for working out

I am 5ft 7in and currently weigh 155 (started at 175) I am losing the weight by counting/planning calories, and cutting out all the crap (bye Pepsi!!)

I am still losing weight but still have a very high % of body fat and am physically NOT fit at all.

I go to school full time, have a full time job, and a part time job. Doesn't leave a lot of time for anything else. All the work out plans I have seen involve 1/2 hour or hour chunks of time. I do get to be on my feet at work, but it is just walking around, not really doing anything for my heart rate.

Are there any exercises or things I could add in to my life that don't require a large chuck of dedicated time, but would actually help? Just kinda confused about how to work in working-out.

Well, it's not really *that* hard to fit in 20 mins of working out. :) I totally understand about being stressed for time, but you can even do 20 mins of calisthenics and bodyweight work at home w/out any special equipment or going anywhere.

The thing is that any extra work you can do is great - even if you do 5 mins here and 5 mins there - but for the most cardiovascular benefit, you should get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20-30 mins at a time.

Thanks for the info. I guess I just have to plan it into my schedule like everything else that needs to get done. Thankfully school is almost over and I will get a couple weeks off :) Seriously though, where is an easy button when you need one? :D
