Making sure im still doing the right thing to reach my goals

ok, long story short iv been lifting and such for about 2 years now. I am VERY satisfied with my results but now i have kinda a little delima. Its that i want to loose body fat but get loads stronger at the same time.

I have kinda become a thrower over the past year in discus and hammer. Both require you to have tremendous amounts of strength and power. You really never see any throwers who are magazine models. Any way at the same time that i need to get strong i want to loose my body fat. Right now i about 230lbs at 6'1. My goal is to get below about 7-8% body fat(everyones goal:rolleyes:). Now i have about 15-17%. OK here is what i am currently doing so let me know if it will get me to my goals or if i need to fix it.

Day 1
Chest & Tri
Discus Throw

Day 2
Shoulder & Legs
Sprints (50s, 100s. 150s)

Day 3
Back & Biceps
Hammer Throw

I normally do each twice a day and rest on sunday. On my leg days i alternate between squats and snatches.
