Is there anything I can do to make money out of it?

Perhaps send my before and after photos to certain companies and say I used their product perhaps? I don't really have any morals, so I'm not arsed that I didn't use their product, or that it would even work.

Anyone done anything like this?

I was in a small group weight loss contest where I won 100 dollars. You could try to make a biggest loser contest at your work or something, where everyone pitches in 20 bucks and the biggest loser takes the money in the end.

I think most such companies scour sites like this one and steal the pictures rather than write a lot of checks.
