My 4 year old daughter has started to notice that I am fat. I don't know if its because I have this awkward tendancy to put myself down all the time by making 'light' of my heavy situation or if she has just started being curious about body shapes and sizes.
She told me that she didn't want to be a baloon like Mummy. I cried inside for hours. So here I am. Fat, unhealthy but determined to do something about it.
I am 31 years old and I weigh roughly 250lbs. I have not tried to lose weight before and I have always been fairly active. I realise all too well the task ahead of me. I admit I am nervous.
For the last week I have been following the raw diet but only about 70%, the rest is lightly cooked fish and chicken and some cereals and grains.
I want to lose about 2lbs a week until I reach my
1st Goal: 220lbs
2nd Goal: 200lbs
3rd Goal: 180lbs
4th Goal: Maintain 180lbs until ready for
5th Goal: 160lbs
This will be a total loss of 70lbs phew!
2nd weigh in for me is tomorrow morning. I am hoping for a 2lb loss.
