Hello, I'm new to this site, stumbled upon it..

I haven't ever struggled to lose weight, in actual fact instead of trying to do so, I usually sit, moan and whinge, then most likely shove a chocolate donut in my face and cry about never becoming my ideal weight for my age/height. I once did the Lipotrim diet, which was absolute horror, it didn't mix very well with my demanding job. I constantly felt tired, dizzy and moody. Even with losing 8lbs in one week I wasn't over the moon. I never had energy to exercise which is what I really needed to shift the un-lovely lovehandles.

HOWEVER.. With many o' days doing my research, and mentally preparing myself..I am now at the start of my 'healthy change' I don't plan on starving myself, I vow to fresh cook, plenty of chicken, fish and vegtables! And also hitting the gym 3 times a week, and doing as much exercise at home.. walking, running etc.

My stats - Current Weight - 84kg / 13stone 2lbs / 185lbs

1st Goal Weight - 70kg / 11stone / 154lbs
I will be adding all my photos when I've lost at least 10lbs. I have also started the '30 day squat challenge' and I gotta say, my legs are killing me.

So hey, and hope to make some friends on this site for the adventure ahead. Stay Posi x

Welcome lionheartgirlx. I am new here as well.
I have found gimmicks do not work- not that I am an expert, far from it- and the only way to get fit correctly is to change how you eat and add exercise.
Good luck and I hope to see you around.

Hey Reloaded :) Thanks! It is the only way to get fit properly and manage to keep it off, hope to see you around and good luck to you too :)

Hi lionheartgirlx, :waving:i'm a newbie hear in this forum as well. i think it's great what you are planning to do. Do it the healthy way, by making healthier choices and exercising. I needed a kick start and went on a pure, natural, organic & vegan detox/cleanse and lost 7 lbs in 10 days and I continue to lose weight...down 18 lbs now since December 2013. I believe the only way to lose weight is to start with a detox/cleansing program and then continue to eat healthy...making a lifestyle change. After this cleanse, i've been making healthier choices when eating and i no longer crave sweets and my appetite has changed tremendously and I am healthier then i've ever been. I want to go back to the gym but I do not have time so i plan on doing some walking maybe 2 x a week and possibly exercise at home by working mainly on my legs and buttocks as that is where I lost most of my weight...now i just need to tone up. Good luck and see you around in this forum!
