Make gains with workout 2 days per week?

If for some reason I were only able to to a full-body workout 2 times per week, could I still get noticeable gains? I'd be working out intensely for ~1.3 hours or so those two days, doing mostly strength training with a few sprints and a little cardio. I'd also possibly be able to do a few chin-ups, push-ups, and similar body exercises on my days off.

I'm 16 and I hope to increase my strength, endurance, speed, and cardiovascular health (I currently can workout more days than that, but I'm still wondering).

If you were to do 2 full body workouts twice a week and keep a good diet you will definitely make gains. See the stickies to see what should be incorporated into a barebones full body workout.
